I am a pre-licensed clinician working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families through a relational lens and collaborative approach. My goal is to provide a structured, supportive space where clients can work toward meaningful healing, growth, and positive change. Grounded in systemic and experiential frameworks, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and narrative therapy to meet each individual's current needs. My practice may integrate play and creative modalities, while also exploring the impact our relationships and communities have on our personal well-being.

My background as a Recreation Therapy Specialist informs my understanding of diverse needs across various life stages and the complexities of managing chronic health conditions. I focus on the unique needs of each individual, honoring each client's lived experience, and promoting holistic well-being. My goal is to support clients in navigating their challenges and foster lasting, positive transformations in their relationships and individual lives.

I practice under the clinical supervision of Christina Corwin, MA, LMFT and Megan Oudekerk, PsyD, LMFT, RPT-S.
