JAden Hale, MHP

I am a student at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota working toward my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy under the supervision of Jenni Franke, MA, LMFT. I find joy in working with children, adolescents, and their families, with particular experience in supporting neurodivergent individuals through approaches that honor each individual's unique strengths and perspectives.

In my work, I believe in creating a space where people feel safe, seen, and respected. I prioritize cultural responsiveness, trauma-informed care, and inclusivity for people of all identities and lived experiences. I take a systemic approach to therapy, incorporating narrative and experiential techniques, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems theory, and somatic practices to meet clients where they are. I believe that every person possesses the capacity for healing and growth within themselves and that therapy offers a space to reconnect with these internal resources.

I am passionate about being an advocate in my community and my therapeutic approaches reflect this passion. In my free time, I enjoy playing with my cats, coloring and tending to my plants.
