Leah Seeger, MA, LAMFT, LADC
I became a therapist because I appreciate the power of connection in approaching life’s struggles. I believe in a collaborative, strengths-based approach to helping people navigate struggles and achieve their goals. I bring patience, creativity, and a passion for understanding you to every session, because I believe healing starts when you feel safe and you know you are being heard.
Since 2014, I have worked with a variety of populations and I enjoy helping clients understand where growth, change, and healing is possible. Whether you, or someone you love, is facing a mental health concern, a difficult transition in life, a history of trauma, a relational conflict, or an addiction, I believe there are options we can explore together. Let’s find ways of understanding the struggle, and work to address it in ways that fit your life.
